While you'll have access to almost ALL of our delightful space, we must keep the owner's closet and one closet cabinet under wraps. √ Parking and Access Manual: View the map in the “Check-in Instruction Manual” for detailed instructions that include pictures on how to park and access the building. You will have access to this once you book your stay! √ Security: Parking is secure in the gated parking garage with your very own dedicated private parking space and 24/7 security. √ Convenience: The parking garage includes a connecting breezeway to the Loft. Rain or Shine it’s a very convenient and short walk. √ Guest access: Keyless entry and self check in on your own time. So convenient! √ Early check-in/late check-out: We'll do our best to grant special requests, but we can’t always make it work. Contact your host! √ Discounts: Want to extend your stay? We offer discounts for stays a week or longer. √ Pet Policy: Furry friends, we love you, but we can't have you here! Absolutely NO PETS. Violating this will result in a $500 Fine. √ Laundry: Traveling light or staying awhile? We have a set of washers and dryers and we provide laundry soap too!

- View the maps in the “Check-in Instruction Manual” for detailed instructions that include pictures on how to park and access the building. - The Lofts on the Park building is located between the crossroads of Kentucky Ave/Massachusetts Ave & Cedar St/Main St. - Parking garage access to enter the guest parking area is located on Main St. - When you enter the garage you will go up the parking garage to level 3. You will see a black gate. This gate is open Monday - Friday from 4am to 8pm. - Go through the gate and locate your dedicated parking spot #10. - If you are checking in at a time other than Mon-Fri 4am-8pm you will need to find alternative parking temporarily. - Parking in Downtown Lakeland. READ the signs to avoid tickets. Street parking in some areas is free but limited to 2 hours. Other parking areas are paid. Almost all parking areas are free parking Mon-Fri after 5pm and on weekends. - Walk up to the corridor. Enter Access code. Walk up one flight of stairs to Floor 3. - Loft Apartment 307 on the right. - After you are parked and access the building and the loft with the codes provided to you, you can obtain the garage remote from inside the loft apartment. - There is a second elevator that is handicap accessible located on cedar street. Enter the access code provided and take the elevator up to the 3rd floor. This option has no stairs.
